Kate Kallot
Founder & Project Lead
Kate is AI and Web3 for Good advocate who dreams to house and educate all orphans in the world. She has spent close to a decade at various semiconductor companies Intel, Arm, NVIDIA holding leadership positions in developer relations, product, ecosystem and for AI, computer vision, and IoT.
She has won multiple accolades throughout her career, including Business Insider Top 100 Business Transformers 2020 and VentureBeat Women in AI Rising Star 2020.
A D&I and mentorship advocate, she often mentor teens on career development and startups on tech & business. She regularly advises international organizations on the power of AI to drive social good, speaking at conferences for WEF, UNECA, UNICEF and Global Partnership for Sustainable Development Data.

Victor Ohuruogu, PhD
Founder
Victor Ohuruogu is an experienced public health specialist with several years of experience in strengthening national data systems for evidence-based decision and policy making. He previously worked for the largest mobile telecommunication service provider in Africa (MTN), where he was responsible for designing and implementing innovative interventions in health and education focused projects across Nigeria. Subsequently, Victor joined GSMA Mobile for Development where he worked as Markets Engagement Manager, mHealth. While at GSMA Mobile, he was responsible for the overall delivery of sustainable business cases for long term investment in mNutrition and mHealth with special attention on Maternal and Child Health and Nutrition in several African countries. From 2017 till date, Victor joined the United Nations Foundation to work under its Global Partnership for Sustainable Development Data (GPSDD) program as the Senior Africa Regional Manager. He also a led a team of experts in partnership with the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, to support African member nations enhance their capacity to utilize data to guide evidence coordination required for an effective response to African countries’ COVID-19 response and their post COVID-19 recovery and resilience plan.

John is a Tech Entrepreneur with over 20 years’ experience working in new market acquisitions across various technology verticals in Europe, America, Asia and Africa. John is one of Africa’s leading experts on how businesses can leverage key technology trends, transform organizations and drive competitive advantage for impact in industries including finance, agriculture, health, education, gaming and startup enterprises. He is a Pan African renowned business leader, entrepreneur, investor, consultant, mentor and public speaker holding multiple roles including Founder Adalabs Kenya – AI and smart tech lab accelerating and training entrepreneurs and developers in east Africa and Founder Afyarekod – AI led consumer driven medical record storage platform for consumers.

Jason LaBarbera is the founder and CEO of T3.AM, a global recruiting company specializing in placing talented professionals with clients such as Google, Airbnb, and NVIDIA. Bringing more than 20 years of recruitment and entrepreneurial experience to T3.am, LaBarbera helps top companies move from disorganized, reinvent-the-wheel job searches to a more streamlined, universal metric.
In his off-hours, LaBarbera’s adventurous spirit has found him climbing mountains, sailing, swimming with the sharks, and taking glass-blowing classes. He has shared his lifelong passion for technology and entrepreneurship with his three daughters. LaBarbera considers it both a duty and an honor to join Orphan DAO’s mission in giving Orphaned children rich opportunities to create enduring companies that maximize the potential for themselves and their communities.
